Pacific Commercial Builders, our general contracting company, specializes in industrial and commercial tenant improvement construction since 1984. Pacific Commercial Builders is a “hands-on” company, well versed and experienced in all areas of tenant improvement construction.

The scope of our expertise includes new tenant improvement construction, alterations and modifications of office interiors, full building renovations ranging from multimedia post production houses to warehouse distribution facilities, multi-tenant commercial and industrial conversions, warehouse to office conversions, demolition, upgrading buildings to conform to current handicap and fire regulations and all phases of electrical work, including new services, transformer pads and utility vaults. Our projects range in size from 2,000 to 150,000 square feet with contract amounts ranging from $5,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 .
